Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the automation industry.
• Customize proposals to meet the specific needs and requirements of each client.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate proposal concepts for automation systems.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, presenting automation solutions that emphasize the value and benefits of increased efficiency and reduced costs.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to senior management. Track performance against sales goals and take corrective action as needed.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of automation products and sales techniques. Participate in training programs and stay updated on new sales tools and methodologies.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with prospective clients to secure deals.
• Close sales and ensure successful implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and customer support teams to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management.
• Proven experience in sales, with a strong background in automation, technology, or industrial solutions.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in consultative sales, solution selling, and managing large accounts.

• Experience working in automation for specific industries (e.g., Handling automation, Vision systems, Welding systems).
